A unique visual data mining framework based upon the entire genetic code is disclosed in this presentation. The frame work called the DRAm form surprisingly reveals meta-knowledge not associated with structural information, metabolic processes or codon-amino acid relationships. It appears to reveal reoccurring number patterns by way of prime numbers and logical binary code combinations in addition to a numero-pictogram. The meta-knowledge appears to be numerically reflexive, redundant, creative and mathematical thereby meeting essential criteria of non-random coherent communication. The framework is prepared by using a novel method herein called Compound Numeric Triangulation which involves a two-step process. The first step is called Compound Numeric Indexing which transforms all standard genetic code tables into numeric values based upon atom counting of associated nucleobases found within the codon triplets. The derived values are then collected into frequency families and assembled into ascending arrays. In the second step, called Difference Triangulation, the arrays are then expanded into an absolute value difference triangle of array elements (e.g. rCn = |r-1Cn - r - 1Cn+1|) consisting of T(n)=n(n+1)/2 elements. The DNA triangle consists of 55 (T(10 base elements)) elements while the RNA triangle consists of 91 (T(13 base elements)) elements. The standard 20 amino acids were equivalently treated to produce a third triangle consisting of 78 (T(12 base elements)) numeric elements. The three triangles resulting from the triangulation step, presented internal values that led to a tertiary numeric construction of the tables to form a composite structure consisting of 224 (55+91+78) total elements thereby comprising the entire Genetic code apparatus. The appearance of the composite structure or DRAm (DNA, RNA, Amino-acid) form is discussed including additional supportive codes that taken together validate the proposed pictogram model. Internal numeric sequences summing to 777 or multiples of 777 highlight startling patterns further defining the pictogram. Examples of reflexive numeric patterns will be disclosed which includes prime numbers and binary codes. A brief but possible explanation of the apparently encrypted patterns will be discussed.
