When you think “nanotechnology,” you might immediately think “patents.”  But any company interested in protecting its nanotechnology should be considering <i>all </i>of its intellectual property (IP) rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and even licensing strategies.  In this presentation, we will provide a general overview on protecting IP, with a focus on strategies for protecting nanotechnology, as well as what challenges you might expect once you protect your IP.<br/>
