The Exascale Additive Manufacturing (ExaAM) application development project is a partnership between ORNL, LANL, and LLNL whose goal is a modeling and simulation environment to compliment experiment and to qualify and realize the potential of Additive Manufacturing. Here, we present our coupled exascale simulation environment for AM and its extension to 3D nanoprinting. Continuum codes (Truchas and ALE3D) are used to simulate the AM process, within which mesoscopic codes (Phase-field and Cellular Automata) are used to simulate the development of structure. The modeling tool appropriate to the scale of nanoprinting is large-scale molecular dynamics (LAMMPS). Here, we use molecular dynamics to simulate the formation of simple nanostructures and focus on the coupling to mesocale methods (PFM, CA, and kMC) to study longer time-scales and larger length-scale.<br/>
