Since the early 1990s, Resurrection points has been implemented for a number of different courses.  With Resurrection points, student have the opportunity to earn points on the final exam that they did not earn on the unit exams.  This method allows students to demonstrate that they have learned the material by the end of the semester, does not penalize students who did poorly on one exam, alleviates the need to create make-up exams, puts equal emphasis on all exams, and decrease anxiety for some students.  Comparison of using resurrection points versus traditional grading will be cited. <br/>
