The applications of inorganic micro-materials as enzyme-like catalysts are receiving much attention because of their high efficiency, stability, and low cost. However, only a few reports have focused on the structure of peroxidase mimic and their applications in organic reactions. Herein, we’ve synthesized an enzymes-like iron hydrogen phosphate crystal with unique micro-flower hierarchical structure followed a facile low-temperature hydrothermal process by self-assembling and used as the catalyst for oxidation of benzyl alcohol for the first time. The peroxidase mimic with new morphology exhibited excellent enzyme-like catalytic performance in the oxidation of benzyl alcohol by H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>. In comparison with natural peroxidases, it has higher catalytic activity and better stability over wide temperature and pH ranges.
