Reformed Experimental Activities (REActivities) are an innovative approach to the delivery of the traditional material in an undergraduate organic chemistry laboratory.  Currently, this approach has been adopted at a range of regional colleges and universities.  Data on students’ cognitive and affective expectations and experiences using the Meaningful Learning in the Lab Instrument (MLLI) will be presented. Also, included in the presentation will be our initial investigations of Fidelity of Implementation (FOI) by employing the Laboratory Observation Protocol for Undergraduate STEM (LOPUS).<br/>
