The second most common cause of cancer related death worldwide is prostate cancer (PC). As a result, there is a need for novel prostate cancer medications due to patient resistance to current PC drugs. The oxabicyclo [2.2.1] imide motif has demonstrated potential to produce novel drug leads in the treatment of PC. Our synthetic routes to novel compounds containing the oxabicyclo [2.2.1] imide core will be presented.<br/>
