Two-dimensional CsPb2Br5 and zero-diemnsional Cs4PbBr6 perovskites have attracted a lot of attention recently due to many conflicting reports on their electronic and optical properties. In this talk, I will give a review on these reports and discuss the reasons for different observations and finally present our findings.
