The University of California, Merced, is the newest member of the University of California system. Nearly 60% of the UC Merced student population is comprised of under-represented minority students and the campus has a well-established portfolio of programs designed to broaden participation in STEM. This presentation will describe some of these efforts, provide recent assessment and outcomes, and discuss lessons learned and future goals.
