Tatrakis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl)-N,N’-hexamethylene-diaspatate(TPHA) is a key intermediate Product for synthesizing hindered amine light stabilizers.  hindered amine light stabilizers have been widely used in the synthesis of polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polyurethane, poly（vinyl chloride), Polycarbonate, polystyrene, acrylic polymer, epoxy resin, and other kinds polymeric materials. Now they are noticeable and developing quickly worldwide. The authors developed the new technique for synthesizing TPHA using bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-Piperidinyl) maleate and 1, 6-hexanediamine as raw materials and a N,N’-dimethylformamide as the solvent. But the solubility data TPHA demanded for crystallization and purification process have not been reported in the literature. In this study, using the Glew-Hildebrand saturation technique, the solubilities of TPHA in the N,N’-dimethylformamide and acetone were measured with the help of the classical equilibrium method at temperatures from 263.15 K to 313.15 K. Quantitative analysis of saturated solutions, bonded-phase chromatography with ion suppression was adopted. The experimental data were correlated with the simplified model of molecular thermodynamics for the solubility of solid in liquid, and the model parameters were obtained completely. The dissolution enthalpies and dissolution entropies were estimated. The positive dissolution enthalpies and dissolution entropies indicated that the dissolution process was an entropy-driven process.
