This study reveals the chemical profiling, antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of stem and fruit peel extracts of Citrus jambhiri grown in Nigeria. Dichloromethane (DCM)/methanol extracts of C. jambhiri samples were achieved using solvent extraction method. Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry was used for chemical profiling. 2, 2’-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and Ferrous Reducing Antioxidant Power (FRAP) were used to determine the antioxidant properties while antimicrobial activities of the C. jambhiri stem and fruit peel were determined using agar-well diffusion method. Chemical profiling of C. jambhiri stem extract revealed isomaltose, neobacin, neoeriocitrin, casticin and rutamarin. C. jambhiri fruit peel extract include (2S)-3-hydroxy-2-[(6-O-undecanoyl-beta-D-galactopyranosyl) oxy]propyl undecanoate and terennoside. C. jambhiri stem and fruit peel extracts with DPPH exhibited IC50: 3.0 and 7.0 µgml-1 (low inhibition) respectively than ascorbic acid. Metal ion reduction of C. jambhiri stem and fruit peel extracts revealed IC50: 1.50 and 5.0 µgml-1respectively. C. jambhiri samples revealed varying degree of zones of inhibition against six (6) bacteria strains (6-35 mm). Bioactive compounds present in C. jambhiri stem and fruit peel have high medicinal potentials.
