One of the challenges of both teaching and learning Organic Chemistry is the vast amount of material that must be covered in a short amount of time. Students often feel overwhelmed with the volume of content and struggle to keep up with the pace of the course, while instructors must strategically consider the best way to expose students to content. To encourage students to review the material as they learn it, short in-class quizzes are given weekly in all sections of Organic Chemistry I at Wagner College. This helps to regularly assess student learning and adjust the pace of the class as necessary. The quizzes are also instrumental in elucidating the specific concepts which are most difficult for students. After each quiz, the topic that students struggled with the most is evaluated, and a short video on that topic is recorded using whiteboard animation software. The video illustrates and explains how to approach similar problems to the ones presented on the quiz. These videos are posted on a course management system, which students can then refer to as they review their quizzes and prepare for exams. Fall 2018 is the first semester in which this approach has been implemented in all sections of Organic Chemistry I. Students have been very receptive to and appreciative of these video resources. Exams also suggest that students are more comfortable with the topics covered in the videos compared to previous iterations of the course.<br/>
