Percolation is a key underlying phenomenon in conducting medium. Due to such importance, There has been numerous literature on percolation behavior of isotropic particles in various systems. Recently, with the advance of nano- and colloidal chemistry, researches on synthesizing anisotropically shaped colloidal nanocrystal and, more recently, there has been introduced a study on tetrapod shaped CdSe colloidal nanocrystal dispersed in a thin film transistor. However, general effects of changing architectural variations on percolation behavior are rather sparsely investigated. From such motivation, We represent molecular dynamics study about anisotropic granular rigid particles which simulates branched nanocrystal colloids. We have varied branch length and the number of branches systematically and conducted cluster analysis using graph theory. The work also includes other than bulk system (e.g. the system confined in two parallel plates).
