This presentation describes a semester long class activity implemented in quantitative analysis and analytical chemistry classes that target multidimensional outcomes, namely 1) scientific literacy, 2) common quantitative analysis vocabularies found in research articles and their implication to experimental set up, 3) applications of the subject in real world context, and 4) intercultural working experience through an online collaborative project with students from another country. The assignment incorporates the important skills emphasized in 21<sup>st</sup> century education, specifically intercultural communication and global competency which are often overlooked in STEM classrooms, at minimum expense of time and cost without sacrificing the rigorous subject content.<br/>
