Flavonoids, found in fruits and vegetables, have been studied for their potential anticancer/antitumor properties. Over the course of the past three years our lab has studied derivatives of quercetin and resveratrol and their effectiveness against T3HA mouse cancer cells. Crystal structures were solved for isolated derivatives of quercetin and their anticancer/antitumor activities are reported.
