Due to limitations on funding and time, chemistry students are often unable to attend national and regional conferences to present research and network with other professionals. To help fill this gap, the student chapter of ACS at the University of Central Florida (UCF) founded the Annual Florida Chemistry Conclave in 2016 and co-organized the event with sister chapters in the region. The Conclave is a forum run by Florida ACS student chapters to help members network beyond the student-chapter level without the expense of traveling to a national meeting. The Conclave has been successfully held annually since 2016, strengthening the synergy between chapters. The next conclave will be centered upon the theme of Synthetic Chemistry and will take place on Saturday, February 9<sup>th </sup>2019 at the Florida Institute of Technology. This daylong event will include demonstrations of outreach activities, a seminar on lab safety, a chemistry trivia game for friendly competition between the chapters, student research presentations, and an invited lecture on synthetic chemistry. This poster will discuss the details of the event.
