Since our commercial production of hydrogen fluoride was started in 1974, Central Glass has produced a wide range of fluorocompounds for pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, cleaning gases, and polymeric materials for semiconductor industries. In this presentation, some of its produtcs and chemistry recently developed at Central Glass are reported.
