The subsurface oceans of Saturn's moon Encleadus and Jupiter's moon Europa represent locations beyond Earth that may have the conditions, nutrients, and energy sources to support life as we know it. The search for life in these ocean worlds will require the collection multiple lines of unambiguous evidence derived from complementary analyses. Recent developments in microfluidic methods and instruments designed to identify signatures of life in these environments will be presented.
