Amgen is focused on building a culture of green chemistry and sustainability from the ground level up – this means incentivizing efficiency in process development, providing access to easy to use tools, and maintaining a commitment to green chemistry education. This presentation will highlight case studies that describe the results of our efforts which have resulted in innovative approaches across many areas of our business from discovery research and medicinal chemistry to large scale manufacturing of our medicines including small molecule and biologic drugs.
