Incorporating sustainability into chemical education can be fun, engaging and inspiring for students. Learning about sustainability empowers students to develop the knowledge, skills, and motivation to help them contribute to a sustainable environment. Several leading chemists have developed innovative strategies to incorporate sustainability in the high school, undergraduate and graduate chemistry curricula in ways that build awareness and knowledge, while enabling students to think critically about solutions for a sustainable future. The American Chemical Society’s Committee on Environmental Improvement has set a prime example in identifying and recognizing global leaders amongst educators. This presentation will showcase some notable examples of advances that have been made and their impact toward students in the United States and beyond. <br/>
