The regioselectivity of phosphine rhodium catalyst were tested <i>in situ </i>in the hydroformylation of vinylacetate. The phosphine ligands were screened from monophosphine，biphosphine to triphosphine types. Biphosphines include biphosphines with Fe-center kind gave better regioselectivity for <i>n</i>-product. 1,1'-bis(diphenyphosphino)ferrocene showed conspicuous regioselectivity as ligands to give at least 30% n-product.
