Ribbons and hoops built from oligomers of ferrocene offer a balance of flexibiity and rigidity, allowing the construction of structures with novel topologies, including Möbius topology.  We predict that Möbius ladders built on a ferrocene polymeric base with 6 to 10 rungs are energetically accessible.
