A reported fluoride-sensor with a hydroxyaromatic 1,2,3-triazolyl scaffold has shown great potential for use in different areas. The goal of the structure-signal relationship (SSR) investigation is to develop response-output tuning models. These models will be used as guides for structural modifications to adjust the signal to suit the needs of different environments. To achieve this goal, SSR has been explored with 2-, 3- and 4-amino analogues of the original scaffold. Analytical investigations were carried out using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), Fluorescence, and Ultraviolet-Visible (UV-Vis) Spectroscopy. The synthesis of these analogues and the results of the SSR studies will be discussed.
