Multiferroics are fascinating materials where ferroelectric and magnetic orders coexist, and spatial inversion and time reversal symmetries are simultaneously broken. As a consequence, their properties tend to be controllable (at least to some degree) with external stimuli like magnetic field, pressure, voltage, and light. In this talk, I will discuss the high field phase diagrams of two very different molecule-based multiferroics: [(CH3)2NH2]Mn(HCOO)3 and (NH4)2FeCl5.H2O. While the former sports a traditional spin flop and a magnetic quantum phase transition, frustration in the latter triggers a series of magnetic transitions - some of which take place with polarization switching. Time permitting, I will also cover emerging evidence for phase separation in these systems.
