This talk will examine the roles of spatial organization on molecular kinetics in the regulation of Ras signaling on membrane surfaces. Emphasis will be directed towards the effects of protein assemble phase transitions, such as the phosphotyrosine-mediated assembly transition among LAT, Grb2, and SOS in the activation of Ras.
