<br/>Among the core values of the American Chemical Society is to provide programs, products, services, and experiences that help members and chemical professionals succeed.  The professional development of our members spans a broad range of experiences from students and early career scientists, to members entering leadership roles, to members that are undergoing career changes.  The future of ACS member professional development will take into account support for all of these areas by building on a framework that grows from leading oneself to leading others.  We will outline a new vision framework for ACS professional development services and seek input on future implementation.<br/>
