Over the course of my career, I've had the opportunity to learn how to develop medicines in many roles: as an individual scientist, a program leader, and a department head. This presentation will include scientific highlights from each phase of my career. I'll also share a perspective on some challenges I've encountered and how the turned out to be opportunites in disguise.
