A previous paper introducted Rachael Bodley as a pioneer in the education of medical students in Philadelphia. This paper will continue with a discussion of her impact on the Drexel University College of Medicine. Included will be a series of her efforts as the first woman dean of Woman's Medical College of Philadelphia which became part of the Drexel University College of Medicine.  Many examples of her leadersip in chemical and medical education have been obtained from the Drexel University Library.  In addition, it has been realized that she was one of the original members in the formation of the American Chemical Society. International impact on STEM education of women will also be presented.
