Kinases continue to be important targets in drug discovery as evidenced by the FDA approval of multiple kinase inhibitors for oncology and immunology indications. In the hit to lead drug discovery process, identifying high quality leads with kinome selectivity remains a challenge. This talk will highlight the strategies taken across kinase programs to identify potent, selective and diverse chemotypes.
