In order to effectively deal with novel coronavirus pneumonia, in the spring semester of 2020 the chemical technology specialty of Harbin Institute of Technology launched a series of online teaching activities and successfully completed the teaching tasks, actively responding to the requirements of the University. In this paper, four types of graduate courses were selected. Through the summary and analysis of the process management of online teaching, the extension of after-class teaching and the design of assessment methods, it was found that the teaching effects during the epidemic period were guaranteed due to effective use of information, data and technology on line, the strengthening of online teaching management, teaching supplement by the extension of teaching after class and design and adjustment of targeted assessment methods. This findings can provide a reference for the future construction and development of online and offline hybrid teaching in graduate course education.
