Copper and Manganese dinuclear coordination complexes were synthesized using a 1:1 stoichiometry with 2-[(2-Ethyl-1-pyrrolidinyl)methyl]pyridine via self assembly. Primary characterization was done using X-Ray crystallography to elucidate the molecular connectivity. This along with additional characterization including, UV-Vis, IR, and NMR will be presented. These structures provide both vacant ligand and metal sites that can be modified further synthetically. Potential applications of these complexes will be discussed.
