The answer is: <i>no one</i>, since the ‘Aldrich’ brand no longer exists, and the catalog itself is now found fully – and exclusively –  online. But to have a new reagent (or catalyst, or instrument…) made commercially available, is to ensure that that chemistry is <i>used</i> by chemists around the world. Almost a decade after running my last reaction, I will share how we work with academic and industrial innovators to see that their chemistry jumps from JACS and into the Catalog.
