Abstract 1: For the first time, the proposed development provides a new technology for decomposition not of pure distilled water, but of sea water, as the decomposition is associated with the production not of hydrogen but of Brownian gas. The production of Brown gas is accompanied by the production of a huge amount of minerals rich in ferrous, non-ferrous and rare metals. The energies of H-H, O-O, H-OH are considered and the energy binding in the stoichiometric ratio is made. Abstract 2: The proposed development are viewed the thermodynamic processes, performing entropy, exergy and enthalpy analysis, which shows that the energy efficiency of Brown gas is more than 10 times higher than that of hydrogen. The reason is that the production of hydrogen is associated with exothermic reactions during synthesis in a molecule, and its combustion is associated with an endothermic reaction to split the hydrogen and oxygen molecule into atoms to burn. Abstract 3: Study of minerals extracted from seawater taken from the Black and Aegean Seas was performed and the data were compared with the concentration of metals in natural sediments in the Bulgarian coastal zone of the Black Sea. The data are compared with the concentration of metals in polymetallic ore deposits in Bulgaria, as well as with the concentrations of metals in natural nodules deposited on the bottom of the world's oceans - the Pacific and Atlantic. The exported data show the huge difference in investments required for the extraction of metals from minerals deposited on the ocean floor and the necessary investments for the proposed technology, which can be successfully implemented both in the immediate vicinity of the coast and on floating platforms also in close to the coast.
