Ionic liquids can play the important role for the development of novel heterocyclic scaffolds with bridging new C-C and C-N bond formations. It utilized completely green protocol for creating a pyrazolo[3,4-<i>b</i>]quinolinones and Pyrazolodihydropyridine derivatives with greater amount of yield under milder conditions.
