Any company that has been in business for over ten or so years has experienced “business cycles” but 2020 was a year like no other!  What started off with promise in January soon morphed into “2 weeks to stop the spread” that has lasted for well over a year.  Some businesses survived, some thrived, many simply failed.  The ones that made it, either by conscious planning or shear dumb luck, were resilient to business interruption caused by the COVID pandemic.<br/> <br/>In this session we will explore how one small chemical business not only survived but thrived, by planning, preparation and perseverance and share some of the business lessons taught by the pandemic.
