The need to explore potential targets in neurodegenerative pathologies such as Parkinson's disease is the main focus of biomedical studies, in the present work, 100 molecules of natural origin were evaluated as potential dual agents to the μ opioid receptor and D3 Dopamine. 100 molecules of natural origin were evaluated as potential dual agents to the μ opioid receptor and D3 Dopamine, obtaining 15 ligands related to these receptors, among which the ligand CNP0157133 (-7.0 Kcal/mol μ opioid receptor) and CNP023800 (Massarinin B) (-9.0 Kcal/mol to the D3 Dopamine receptor) stand out. All compounds exhibited pharmacokinetic values within the range studied, likewise they would not present potential reproductive tumorigenic and irritant effects.
