Therefore it is felt very essential to carry out Asset Mapping accurately for the existing City Gas Distribution network using latest modern techniques of the survey to map the entire CGD (Steel /PE Pipeline in terms of the position and also depth of pipeline laid so that data is readily available which can be shared with owning authority to avoid the such kind of accidents by laying of other utilities within same corridor &nbsp;To overcome the above said difficulties, SECON has developed technologies consist following activities;1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; GIS Mapping for the Area of Interest (AOI) using High Resolution Satellite Images (HRSI)2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Establishment of DGPS Control Network using high end DGPS having accuracy of +/- 3mm3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Processing of DGPS Data &amp; HRSI at photogrammetry lab and develop up-to-date GIS Base Map for the corridor4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identification of underground CGD network using pipe locator for metallic pipe and using Ground Penetration Radar (GPR) for non- metallic Pipeline5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Consumer identification and updation, coding etc.6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Web Based GIS Application for entire Asset Mapping7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Integration of data with Web Based GIS Asset Application and maintain customer data preciously8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Emergency location identification in case of accident etc.&nbsp;SECON has designed and developed a Web Based City-GIS Application with the main objective of spatial &amp; non-spatial data collating, integrating, synthesizing, analyzing the data derived from different sources covering all the elements of City Gas Distribution Network life cycle.SECON CityGIS Application has been acting as One Stop Solution for CGD Pipeline Infrastructure which consist robust modules like Pre-construction module, Geospatial map viewer, Engineering construction module, operation &amp; maintenance module, health &amp; safety environment module, training &amp; development module and document management system modules.Development of Web Based City GIS Asset Application shall be helpful in terms of•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; CGD Network Planning, Operation and Maintenance of CGD•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preliminary Route selection for major connection /consumers for future expansion•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Up-to-date GIS Application shall provide customer information, GIS engineering data, document management, MIS reports•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Regular updation of consumers and billing details, usage analysis as well as emergency response details.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Valuable decision support system for planning and emergency response•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Improved maintenance response system for carrying out field activitiesThe components of Creation of Competency &amp; Skill Matrix, Scheduling &amp; Monitoring Training Events, Scheduling &amp; Tracking Employee Induction Training and Maintaining Training Attendance Records have been implemented in the Training &amp; Development Module.

This platform will collect and provide long-term access to conference presentation videos, encompassing all technology areas within ASME's technical conference and events program. About 30,000-40,000 engineers across all mechanical engineering and related disciplines participate in ASME conferences each year. This includes authors of approximately 6,000 to 8,000 technical papers published by ASME, the majority of whom also submit video presentations for our virtual conferences. The video collection will be available as an add-on to existing product packages or as a separate subscription.
