Xu Simon, Chief Technology Officer at Enozo Technologies, Inc. addresses the option of joint development agreements (JDA’s) in high-tech business. Joint development agreements are a business-to-business deal structure that allow revenue generation while providing a structured protocol for bringing a technology into the marketplace.
