The enantioselective C-H functionalization is one of the most attractive and challenging scientific problems in organic chemistry. In recent years, we have been committed to the development of enantioselective aromatic amine C-H functionalization and found that the π-π interaction and dual H-bond concerted control model play an important role in chiral control. Using this concerted control model, a series of enantioselective and regioselective C-H functionalization of aromatic amines were developed and several kinds of bioactive molecular skeletons were then efficiently constructed.
