At Pfizer, synthetic organic chemistry plays a key role in the progression of medicinal chemistry programs. Synthetic organic chemistry can help prioritize which compounds we choose to progress and vectors that we choose to explore to understand SAR.  Several vignettes describing examples of how creative synthetic chemistry has impacted project delivery will be discussed.
