ChemRIXS endstation at LCLS-II X-ray free-electron laser facility is a dedicated endstation for femtosecond time-resolved optical-pump/X-ray-probe experiments from liquid chemical systems. The endstation enables X-ray absorption and emission spectroscopy from in-vacuum liquid jets with various sizes and geometries, incluing μm thickness sheet jets for transmission experiments. Available X-rays photon energy range extends from 250 eV to 1000 eV, covering the K-edges of 2nd row main-group elements and the L-edges of 3rd row transition metals. I will present results from the commissioning and early science experiments at ChemRIXS and discuss new opportunities arising from the high repetition-rate upgrade of LCLS-II.
