In this talk, I will discuss our effort to develop new thin-film characterization tools for wearable electronics. I will discuss thin film mechanics for both floated on the water surface and freestanding. Additionally, I will discuss our work on fracture energy of the thin film samples. I will end my talk by discussing the design rule enabled by our characterization tool for wearable electronics.
