Regenerated cellulose constructed by dissolution and coagulation of cellulose has advantages due to its mechanical performance, permeation characteristics, and biological compatibility. In a green fabrication process of cellulose films, less polluting and less energy-consuming methods should be needed. In this study, bamboo pulp produced by an organosolv process was dissolved in a 7% alkali solution and regenerated in a water bath as well as a 5% sulfuric acid batch. To determine the effect of raw materials, radiata pine organosolv pulp was used as a reference. The effect of coagulants was elucidated in terms of optical, mechanical and physical properties.
