Inclusion is a catalyst for Dow to achieve our ambition to be the most customer-centric, innovative, sustainable, and equitable material sciences company. We know that putting people first is how we succeed. The 10 energetic and successful employee resource groups (ERGs) play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining our diverse and talented workforce.  These include the Asian Diversity Network (ADN), Gays, Lesbians, and Allies at Dow (GLAD), Global African Affinity Network (GAAN), and the Women's Inclusion Network (WIN) (and more!).  Internal conferences, such as EmERGe, provide inspiration, recognition, and build our communities.  External symposia, such as Diamond and BEST Symposia, engage undergraduate and graduate students, as well as postdoctoral scientists, by exposing them to the joys of industrial research and providing insight into the range of career options in industry.  Dow created Dow ACTs (Advocacy, Community, and Talent) to combat bias and racism. During this presentation, we'll highlight some of the ways our innovative programs have advanced inclusion and diversity in the workplace and in our communities.
