The development of affordable, high-resolution, low-field benchtop NMR during the last decade allows the incorporation of NMR into the undergraduate chemistry curricula. This presentation will discuss the implementation of benchtop NMR into the organic laboratory at Raritan Valley Community College, where the students gain valuable hands-on experience with NMR techniques through <sup>1</sup>H and <sup>13</sup>C NMR structural verification of their products. Besides structural analysis, experiments are being developed to illustrate other important organic chemistry concepts such as reaction kinetics. Integrating NMR into the laboratory provides students with an enhanced learning experience and will help prepare them for professional careers in science fields.
