Mark served the Rochester Section as Councilor (1991-1995), Alternate Councilor (1989-1990), and was a general advisor on many projects. He was also actively involved as the Membership Activities Coordinator  and implemented the Rochester Membership Survey in 1988. This talk will focus on sharing events during this period and its impacts on the Rochester Local Section.
