Amgen Massachusetts’ Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DI&B) efforts center on advancing all elements of Operations DI&B strategy and advanced via a strong network of highly engaged Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), the site DI&B Council and site extended leadership team. The focus of 2021 has been to: - Establish a common understanding of DI&B, learning and sharing to enhance inclusion and belonging, celebrating diversity and meaningful staff engagement to address their feedback - Support the work of site ERG chapters to build and foster an inclusive environment for all Amgen Massachusetts staff members - Sponsor and participate in external initiatives that drive DI&B in our biotech ecosystem, like “Inclusion drives Innovation” in collaboration with the Kendall Square Association - Strengthen internal and external engagement by learning and sharing to enhance inclusion and belonging - Take advantage of opportunities provided by our location to shape our funnel and attract diverse talent
