Adagrasib (MRTX-849) MRTX849, a covalent KRAS G12C inhibitor, is currently being developed for the treatment of cancer at Mirati Therapeutics.  The drug has shown very promising results in clinical studies.  Chemical development of this novel drug with emphasis on route scouting, process development, pilot plant introduction and validation of the manufacturing process will be described.
