The ACS Colorado Local Section, over several decades, has held activities in the northern part of the Section when Jane Thomas traveled from Wyoming, alone or with other members of the Wyoming Local Section. Jane always acted with grace and enjoyed the scientific symposia, award dinners, and social events. Jane's activities were a positive impact on the programs held in northern Colorado and her cheery disposition will be missed. Specific memories and stories will be described that enrich Jane's influence on chemists in her neighboring state.
