**Description**
The Intake manifold is considered a crucial part of the IC engine whose main function is to increase engine efficiency and performance. This is achieved through the combustion of proper fuel-air mixture intake, inside the engine cylinder, which is dependent on the geometry of the intake manifold. The present work focuses on the geometrical modelling and structural analysis of the intake manifold was undertaken for structural integrity. This was followed by modal analysis to predict the displacement due to vibration. Static structural linear analysis was undertaken to check the structural safety. Using commercial ANSYS 19.2 FEA software. The static analysis results indicate that the equivalent stress of 426.38 MPa, maximum and minimum stress of 498.7 MPa, and 53.47 MPa respectively were induced within the component. A minimum deformation of 56.34 mm for frequency of 977.45 Hz and maximum deformation of 104.22 mm at a higher frequency of 2518.1 Hz were observed by Modal Analysis. The numerical modelling results do indicate the optimal sustaining condition of the intake manifold structure due to vibration.
